HooplahTV LLC was founded January 2010 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Hooplah’s creators saw a need to explore the city and highlight some of it’s best kept secrets. During exploration a lot of secrets were unleashed. From restaurants, spas, boutiques and nightclubs Pittsburgh had a lot more to offer than was found on any news rack. From there it was obvious that the best way to highlight the city was through video.
